Algemene voorwaarden

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NexSelect platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

NexSelect provides AI-powered recruitment services including:

• Job vacancy posting and management
• Automated candidate screening and scoring
• AI-conducted interviews in Dutch, French, and English
• Assessment report generation
• Placement and invoicing management

3. Pricing

NexSelect operates on a pay-per-placement model. No setup fees or subscriptions. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the agreed annual salary as described in your service agreement.

All prices are exclusive of 21% Belgian VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Guarantee period

Each placement includes a guarantee period as specified in the placement agreement. If a candidate leaves during the guarantee period, NexSelect will provide a replacement search at no additional cost or refund the fee pro-rata.

5. AI disclaimer

Our AI assessments are advisory tools only. NexSelect does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores or recommendations. All hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.

6. Liability

NexSelect's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
